One of the greatest strengths a media institution has is its ability to be creative; creative in its broadcasting presence, in its productions and in its management. This can be as simple as figuring out what to say in a given break, or as complicated as how to produce a syndicated program or how to craft a vision or strategy statement.

As a facilitator and coach, I have the ability to draw out the best in people, either individually or in larger groups. If your stakeholders are board members, or donors, or station staff, I am comfortable working with all types of group dynamics. Through a series of creativity exercises and discussions, I can lead a conversation with great energy, intensity and sensitivity, with the ultimate goal of finding answers to the questions being asked.
